TorqueHammer Slip-on Muffler for XB12

Product Information

This is a well made quality stainless steel high performance muffler for XB9 and XB12 series motorcycles.  It is designed to run with a K&N Hi-flow Airfilter which you should purchase in conjunction with the muffler if you do not already have one.

The TorquHammer produces the highest low rev power and torque of any system we have had dyno'd , making the bike easier and smoother to ride.

It comes with mounting hardware including for hardware for chin spoiler mounting. The picture shows the muffler without the spoiler mounted. Click on More Images to see it with the chin spoiler.

This is a high performance muffler that needs to be tuned.  Twin motorcycles provide a free ECMSpy tune for 2006 and 2007 XB12 models.  You need to already have ECMSpy to use this, it is no longer available for download. 

2008 and later models can purchase a tune from Twin Motorcycles.  Follow this link for details of the Twin Motorcycles Stage 1 kit.  The tune can be delivered as an ECM as shown on the following link:

This muffler is for Race Use Only.  It is quiet enough for noise limited race tracks,but not quiet enough for street use.   EPA ratings require that XB12 mufflers conform to the stock design including the actuated exhaust valve.
