PRIVACY STATEMENT

We require that you log in and enter the personal details that are necessary to complete an order.  You may contact us by emailing sales@srwmoto.com.au  to request that your details be removed from our system once all pending orders are cleared.

SRWmoto treats these details as confidential.  We will not disclose this information to any third party except for the following cases:

·     To Australia Post and other delivery agencies when shipping your goods.

·     To a supplier in cases where you have lodged a claim for a defective component.

·     To an agency that specialises in the distribution of promotional material.  We will only send material specific to SRWmoto, and only to clients who nominate that they wish to receive promotions and special offers when they complete or maintain their personal details.

When you enter your credit card details you do so through a secure connection directly to a payment gateway run by an accredited financial institution such as a bank.  SRWmoto retains a secured copy of your credit card details for a short period while the transaction and refund periods are completed.
